Since the first studies, research and professional career are supported by a straight interest in Social and Dynamic Psycology, and their educational applications, both in pedagogy and training.

With a strong engagement in research and formation activities, with a trans-methodological approach, in a multidisciplinary and multicultural perspective. Research and didactic activities are focused on group dynamics and work groups, trainers formation and organizational management; interpersonal relations and communication, motivation, leadership and membership; organizational analysis and work harassment prevention; economic psychology and symbolic meaning of money, social and work psychology; research methodology, interviewing, market and creative researches.
Main partnerships: Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione, Poste Italiane, Accademia La Scala di Milano, NHK Japan, Centro Studi Bancari di Lugano, Unione Triveneta dei Consigli dell’Ordine degli Avvocati, FOCSIV, Chambre Française de Commerce et d'Industrie en Italie public and private organisations, and business companies.

Actually I’m freelance consultant and researcher. For IULM Foundation I’m organising events, national and international congress and Advanced Formation Courses for local and national professionals.

I’m member of EAWOP European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (since 2003), IAREP International Association for Research in Economic Psychology (since 2005) and member of IAAP International Association of Applied Psychology (since 2006), SIPLO Società Italiana di Psicologia del lavoro e
dell’Organizzazione (since 2010) & AIP Associazione Italiana di Psicologia (since 2011).

Pianist and leader in different jazz groups, as Frankie Back From Hollywood and the Minimax Jazz Ensemble. I’m the author of the 14 concert-lessons «Jazz. Una storia in bianco e nero» (www.myspace.com/maxbustreo) and with the
Upperground Orchestra I signed the limited edition vinyl Solaris Eremit and Collide (Morphine Records, 2008) and Room 310 (meakusma, 2010).
